The Mission: Execute. Close. Lead.
  • High-Volume B2B Engagement: Conduct focused outbound campaigns (Monday – Friday) targeting business owners and C-suite executives.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage high-ticket financial sales cycles from initial contact to close, maintaining an authoritative and consultative approach.

  • Accelerated Leadership Path: We are scouting future Team Leaders. Once you consistently hit your benchmarks, you will be given the autonomy to recruit, train, and scale your own regional "Pod." You will earn direct overrides on every transaction your team closes.

Candidate Profile: The Top 1%
  • Commanding Communication: Your professional business English is flawless, authoritative, and persuasive. You don't just pitch; you influence key decision-makers.

  • Relentless Execution: You possess an elite work ethic, show up with high energy every single day, and view "No" as a brief detour on the path to a contract.

  • Performance Mindset: You excel in high-volume outbound dialing environments. You view critical feedback as revenue-generating data and adapt instantly.

  • Track Record: Proven experience in high-ticket closing, B2B sales, or financial services is highly preferred.
